Verbatim Theatre Verbatim theatre is a form of documentary theatre which is strictly based on the spoken words of real people. Context My class were given different scripts to work on in groups. My group contained 4 other people (Cairo, Beyza, Jabeen, Jessica). Research We were focusing on the attacks on women, especially as the days were becoming darker from 4pm in the afternoon. We started our search on Google where we found that Noel Clarke’s name was involved in the topic. He was accused by 20 different females , of touching , harassing or carrying out sexual misconduct. When I found out from the Guardian.com , I was perplexed and astonished because Noel Clarke was very close to actors and the young society.
