It was set in a cramped flat in Derby and the play was opened on the 8th of May 1956.
Osborne drew loads of inspiration about his personal life , which was his first succesful goal as a playwright. The play became favourable in the theatre community, not long before it was an enormous commercial success. It transferred to places like the West End and Broadway and even getting a chance to tour through Moscow. As John Osborne was a struggling playwright, for him to turn it around into a wealthy and famous personality he managed to win the Evening Standard award for being the most promising playwright.
Rehearsal
We were set different pieces of scripts which we had the opportunity to choose from , I chose Dont look back in anger by John Osborne, which I worked with Kai whenever we had online lessons.
We chose a passage by Jimmy porter a character in the play. In my spare times I would go over it and make sure I knew it sufficiently.
It was about 12 lines down , a good use of vocabulary and was pretty interesting I've got to give it to you. It obviously wasn't going to be completed overnight but I would say we had covered pretty quickly even having to deal with the difficulty of being online rather than in college.
I believe it was a good topic to cover , also being in pairs was good because our lessons would sometimes be full and sometimes only have a few of us online.
It was a up and down sort of moment.
Myself and Kai didn't really communicate off lessons which meant we took responsibility for ourselves and in the end we put it together which worked marvelously.
that i focus is on Jimmy Porter who is twenty-five years of age, is pretty tall and has a sculpture of a thin young man.Osborne titled his play Look Back in Anger because he says it summarizes the characters'attitudes towards their lives towards the end.

Myself and Kai didn't really communicate off lessons to help each other which meant we took responsibility for ourselves and in the end we still succeeded together which worked marvelously.
Listening and watching each other helped aswell so that we can compare ourselves and improve
